Education

Graduates applying for our Global Graduate Program should have a relevant university degree at Masters level. They will usually have scored a high percentile grade in order to pass through the first stage CV screening process. Depending on the program type (Trading Platform, Support Function, or Industry and Logistics), we also look for technical skills such as knowledge of economics, finance and logistics, negotiation, influencing and stress management capabilities, and industry insight.

Work experience & extra-curricular activities

Graduates may have previous work experience, although it is not mandatory. We also look at involvement in extra-curricular activities to help us assess a graduate’s motivation to achieve excellence in personal pursuits.

Personal competencies

Our graduate trainees must have excellent communication, decision-making, and time management skills, and demonstrate flexibility, emotional intelligence, and an international mindset. They must also have a strong sense of teamwork, the ability to work under pressure and problem solving capabilities.

Languages

It is essential that our graduate trainees are proficient in the English language, both written and verbal. Knowledge of other languages is advantageous.
